A Dedication
Hammock and Eggs
The name "Hammock and Eggs" is to pay homage to my mother, Connie Johnson. When I was growing up, it was my dream to own a Bed and Breakfast. My mother thought it would be clever to call it HAMmock and Eggs, a little play on Ham and Eggs. Her designer eye, wit and business skills were always an inspiration to me and I hope to harness these in her honour.
